Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or telemetry in our applications. Your usage data stays on your device.

Audio Data

All audio processing occurs locally on your device. No audio data is transmitted to external servers.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Since FxScenery offers a free trial with full functionality, refunds are generally not available. However, exceptions may be made for:

Technical failures that prevent the software from working on your system
Duplicate purchases or billing errors

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase for technical issues, or within 30 days for billing errors.
